STAIR MASTER 20/10 method but make it #glutefocused - TAG ME if you try it! 20 mins slow speed between 5-7 (based on fitness level) whatever speed you pick you don’t want to hold on, if you need to hold on - ITS TOO FAST! 10 mins increase the speed by 2-3 and lean slightly forward.
