10 cups uncooked oatmeal1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup honey 3/4 cup butter1 tablespoon cinnamon1/2 cup wheat bran1/2 cup ground flaxseed1 tablespoon vanilla2 cups coconut chips or shredded coconut (I prefer unsweetened)2-3 cups sliced almonds or any nuts you prefer (you can do a combination)1/4 cup coconut oil1 teaspoon salt2 cups dried cherries or any dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, raisins)Combine all except fruit, bake at 350 about 45 minutes stirring well every now and then.
