Me before food & drinks VS 24 hours after... Yes, I look bloated AF because I was! 😂 This is a perfect example of what happens after you consume a large volume of food (Or, in my case, a week's worth of food in 24 hours 😳) Your stomach will expand because the food has to go somewhere, but guess what?... it will also return back to normal 🙌 Back in the day, I used to freak out over the bloat, thinking I'd wrecked all my progress, But now, I've got a more laid-back approach. I don't eat like this all the time, but when I do, I enjoy it with zero fuckks given 👌 Just remember that after a good night's sleep, a few days of eating nutritious foods and a bit of activity, your stomach will return to normal.
