3 medicinal flowers to grow in your garden 🌼 SOAP RECIPE: Lavender & Oats 🌾🪻 - 500g soap base - 2 tbsp oats - 20 drops of lavender essential oil - 2 tbsp dry lavender flowers Instructions: 🥣🫧 - Melt your soap base in a double boiler. - If using shea butter, ensure it's grated, not chopped, as it takes longer to melt than the soap base. - If using powder, first mix it thoroughly with an oil to eliminate clumps, then add it to the melted soap. - Once melted, turn off the heat, then add your oils and the remaining ingredients. - Note: Any extra ingredient you add or change can make the mixture harder, less oily, or solidify faster. - Mix well and pour into the silicone mold. - Let it solidify, then store in an airtight container. CALENDULA SKIN SALVE: - Sun dry your fresh calendula for about 5-7 days - infuse your favourite oil with dry calendula for 30 days (I used olive oil) - In the top part of a double boiler, add 1 cup of your calendula oil and roughly 3 x tbsp soy wax or bees wax. - Add water to the bottom section of the double boiler so you can melt but not burn the mixture. - While still hot, carefully pour the mix in your containers and leave it to cool down. - Apply a thin layer to your skin 🙏🏻 NASTURTIUM: NASTURTIUM LEAVES VELLUTATA: - 15/20 x nasturtium leaves - Any vegetables you like - 3 x Tbsp oat cream - Olive oil - Optional: old bread crutons *keep some flowers to decorate the dish NASTURTIUM FLOWERS BUTTER: - 250 g x plant based butter - 1 x handfuls flowers - Salt & pepper NASTURTIUM SEEDS SALT: - 50 g x nasturtium seeds - 100/150 g x corse salt *dehydrate both, grind in a mortar and enjoy! #flowers #medicinal #herbalife #gardening #medicine

Ingredients: - 400ml water - 7g instant yeast - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower powder - 4 tbsp olive oil - 2 tsp salt - 400g strong bread flour - Whole garlic cloves - Black olives, pitted - Fresh rosemary - Pickled red onions (optional) Instructions: - In a large mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. - Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. - Stir in pea flower powder, olive oil, and salt and use a squeeze of lemon to turn the colour from blue to purple. - Gradually add flour, mixing until combined but do not overwork. - Cover the bowl with a wax wrapping cloth and let the dough proof for 30 minutes. - After the first proof, fold the dough from four corners towards the middle. Let it proof for another 30 minutes. Use olive oil on your hands to prevent sticking. - After the second proof, knead the dough on a surface to create a round shape like a bread loaf. Place it in a greased baking pan, cover, and refrigerate overnight. - The next day, take the dough out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. Allow it to proof until doubled in size. - Preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F). - Drizzle olive oil over the dough and scatter whole garlic cloves, black olives, and fresh rosemary on top. - Use your fingers to press the dough and create some holes for the olive oil to penetrate it. - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. - Remove from the oven and top with pickled red onions.
