Made his favourite meal and surprise him for lunch today 💞 As per requested!! 🥬 Kimchi Fried Rice (3-4 servings) 🥬 Ingredients: - A day old rice (i guna 2 cawan) - Protein of choice (i use daging, sausage and isi ayam) - Kimchi (brand ilmi available at Jaya Grocer, Lotus, Hero Market) - 2-3 tbsp of gochujang - Seasoning of choice - Sesame oil (drizzle on top) - Spring onion (garnish) - Seaweed 1. Goreng and rebus daging (if daging keras, kalau beli daging mahal boleh goreng je terus) 2. Tumis sausage and isi ayam dalam minyak bekas lemak bekas daging 3. Masukkan kimchi make sure gunting bagi kecik 4. Letak gochujang paste (if nak letak extra pun boleh, ikut lidah sendiri) 5. Tumis semua make sure api besar 6. Masukkan nasi, wajib pakai nasi yang dah dibiar semalaman baru sedap. if baru masak, letak dalam pinggan and sejukkan dalam fridge to absorb the moisture 7. Kacau sebati, letak seasoning or perasa ikut tekak 8. Siap! Garnish with spring onion, sesame oil and goreng telur letak atas. Seaweed hancurkan last sekali Sangat senang. My favorite recipe ever!
