Ingredients - 1 container of strawberries - 6 inch piece of rhubarb - the juice of 1 lemon - big pinch of sea salt - 3 cups of water - champagne Instructions 1. Roughly chop the strawberries and rhubarb and add them to a saucepan with the lemom juice, water, and sea salt. 2. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. 3. Cook on low for 30 min. 4. Let cool for a bit then strain out the pulp. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of the syrup over ice and top off with champagne. 6. Enjoy!
