Blueberry loaf cake 1 1/2 cups blueberries & 1 tablespoon flour 2 cups flour, spooned & leveled 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar 3 large eggs room temperature 1 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons sugar In a bowl adding your flour, salt and baking powder, mix that and put that on the side. In a stand mixer go ahead or a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla these are all mixed add the flour mixture. In a medium-size bowl add blueberries and 1 tablespoon of flour and mixed it. When the cake batter is all combined remove from the stand mixer and fold in your blueberries. In a small bowl add the sugar, butter, and flour, mix into a crumble. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray very good then pour in the batter into the loaf then sprinkle the crumble on top, place it in the oven at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until it’s completely done. Once it’s done go ahead and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes then you’re going to flip your cake over and remove from the pan in allowed to sit out for another hour. Then pour the glaze on top.
