I have no idea how i hernated it. I woke up with it. Either it gradually happened or my horrendous sleeping positions caught up to me (ur sign to start sleeping on your back). I am about 8 weeks into recovery. This picture was from yesterday I am noticeably smaller. I lost a good amount of size and strength. I feel okay, dont need surgery. The hernation is in my neck (c5-6) I’m able to lightly workout. The only thing bothering me are nerves going down my arms/hands…I’m getting the epidural shot in my neck on thrusday to help the inflammation while I continue PT. Comment if you know of any good natural anti inflammatory foods/lotions ect.. THANKUUU
