info
This is old school but still an economic way to build a trellis for peas, cucumbers and several other vining plants. Twine is versatile and inexpensive which makes it ideal for the garden. You can use it for trellis, tie up plants like tomatoes and many more. Jute is a good choice, but we went with 100% cotton butcher twine which is natural, stronger and is biodegradable. You can also use this in the kitchen. A roll of 200’ • 60m cost me less than $5 and it’s thick and strong. A lot stronger the Jute. #gardentok #gardening #tips #garden #gardenproject #trellis #oldschool
