Alright, who’s hungry? We got a reverse seared angus strip steak, sautéed mushrooms and onions, sweet peas and green beans, and some sharp cheddar Mac and cheese. I was a little worried about the steaks, it was my first time both cooking a steak this thick and using the reverse sear method. I’m really glad it came out so well.
