I’m not a runner, I never have been. I love sprinting don’t get me wrong but anything past the 2-3 minute mark and I’m out of breath, uncomfortable, tired and bored. BUT I love the outdoors, I love walking and this is my year of pushing myself out of my comfort zone a bit more. Now I’m not saying I’m suddenly going to LOVE running or be the best runner in the world or even run a marathon but it feels good to push myself. We don’t all have to be the BEST at everything to do it, we all have our own unique strengths and our own talents. I see so many amazing runners on my social media and I know I can’t emulate that, I don’t want to, I just want to move my body. Especially after having my two girls, I feel even more grateful for my body and I want to strengthen it, give it some love and be proud of it. So here’s a mum who’s just moving her body, getting that sea air in to give me some endorphins whilst also rocking her patchy contour 😂 #fyp #runwithme
