morning on chemotherapy cycle 10 day 3!! 🙌🙌🙌 my energy is really low on chemo so after about an hour of being up I need to lay down and rest but I do my best to get in what helps me stay grounded and happy and positive when I do have my bursts of energy! Here are things that have helped so much with healing/ my musts: -hydration (I drink so much water + electrolytes) -staying on top of zofran -meditation + deep breathing -light simple snacks/ meals -resting as soon as I feel nausea coming on -outside time in the sun -gentle stretches if I can handle it -red light therapy +low low infrared heat (no sweating) -oil pulling -scalp treatments + hair oil to help my hair from falling out -enjoying softness and embracing support -peppermint + ginger tea 🩵🩵🩵 going to get disconnected in a few hours so know I’ll feel my “worst” the next two days- but it also means I’m one cycle down, 2 more to go! 🎊🥹🙌🌈 #chemo #chemotherapy #chemohair #chemosideeffects #healing #cancerfighter #folfox #holistic #healthy #cancertreatment #folfoxcycle10
