Post game dinner ✨ Most games tend to end late which calls for very late dinners. In these nights I like to keep things a little lighter. I prepped a spicy cilantro and Serrano pepper bone broth soup with some shredded chicken as prep. For the appetizer I served bacon wrapped scallops over a bed of broiled asparagus and a drizzle of a preserved lemon butter sauce. For the main dish I made a delicious garlic and herb grass-fed ribeye steak with a side of cayenne pepper carrots & roasted Japanese white sweet potatoes.
