Recipe: Preheat the oven to 180C Whisk 200g self-raising flour, 2tsp baking soda, 200g unsalted butter, 4 eggs, 200g caster sugar & 3tbsp milk together in a mixing bowl. Once mixed, fold a punnet of raspberries & and big packet of white buttons (I crushed mine into smaller pieces) into the mixture. Add into cupcake cases and cook for 20-25mins until golden.
