Full body power band workout/ glute focused [save, share, tag a friend] Let me teach you how to use one power band to get the most out of your home/outdoor workouts. Bands available on my website link in bio. Perform 3 rounds of a superset. Each movement of a superset with little to no rest in between them. Superset 1: Band side shuffle: 6 reps per side Alternating power band skips: 10 skips per leg Superset 2: Scissor jumps with rows: 6 reps per side Low pedal walks: 4x4 steps forward/backward Superset 3: Alternating seated band row: 8 reps per side Band single arm overhead press: 8 reps Superset 4: Spanish squat: 8 reps with a 10s hold at the bottom Power band kickbacks: 8 reps per side Drop your questions in the comment section.
