Pinch of salt ¼ tsp cinnamon pinch of nutmeg Instructions: 1. Start by preparing the ingredients for the dough first. Then in a deep pan, add the water, butter, sugar, and salt. Cook on medium heat until everything is thoroughly mixed. Make sure to whisk. 2. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat to low and add the flour slowly. Stir until the dough starts to form. After the flour has been completely mixed, remove from heat and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Put the dough in a separate bowl. 3. After waiting, add the vanilla extract with one egg. Mix everything thoroughly. Make sure there are no clumps. Then add the second egg and repeat. 4. Set up the piping with the large start tip and place the dough inside. Leave enough space on top to squeeze. Snip the bottom of the piping bag enough for the tip. 5. With a deep pan, cook oil deep enough on medium heat until it reaches the temperature of 350-365 ° F. With the piping, squeeze about 4-6 inches into the pan. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes. 6. After it is cooked, place on top of a cooling rack to let oil drip off. On a separate tray, add the sugar and cinnamon coating. 7. Once cooled, roll the churros in the sugar/cinnamon coating until it is covered and transfer for plating. 8. For the chocolate dipping sauce, add the heavy whipping cream and let it simmer on low-medium heat. Once it starts to boil, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and 1 tablet of Abuelita Hot cocoa. Let it simmer on medium heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and slowly add the semi-sweet chocolate morsels. In-between, whisk everything thoroughly. Enjoy!@Michelle Meng
