S’MORES COOKIE SKILLET SZN!!!!! Campfire not included but highly encouraged for ambiance!!! S’mores Cookie Skillet 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup light brown sugar 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 3-4 graham crackers, broken in half 2 Hershey bars, broken into pieces 10 marshmallows, torn in half 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. 2. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with the sugars until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. (YOU CAN BROWN THE BUTTER FIRST WHICH IS WHAT I DID HERE JUST LET IT COOL SLIGHTLY FIRST.) With the motor running, add the eggs, one at a time and scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the vanilla and mix to incorporate. (YOU CAN DO THIS ALL BY HAND IN A BOWL WITH A WOODEN SPOON TOO!!) 3. Add the dry ingredients and mix slowly until a smooth dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated. 4. Press half the dough into a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Top with graham crackers, Hershey bar pieces (save a few to stud as garnish), and marshmallows, followed by the remaining cookie dough. Press into an even layer. 5. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, then let cool slightly, slice, and serve. #chocolatechipcookies #smores #🍪
