Things to be aware of in energy drinks👇 1. Artificial colour❌: Artificial colours have the potential to erode and discolor the enamel of your teeth. 2. Added Sugars❌: 54g in one sitting is absurd. This isn’t ideal for most people. Consuming 1 or 2 of these cans on a daily basis over an extended period of time can increase risk of type-2 diabetes. 3. Too much caffeine❌: Caffeine has its benefits. I’ll have 3-4 espressos per week.
