Wouldn’t that be the life?😂 I swear I spend most of my dad carrying babies in and out, up and down, here and there. Over and over. Lol. 😓Being a busy dad of 4, I’ve got limited time just like the rest of you, and can’t spend hours upon hours on fitness and nutrition.
