Shopping list: 20g chorizo cubes 20g bacon cubes 1/2 avocado 1 slice sour dough bread 60g light halloumi 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chilli jam 1/2 squeeze lime Serves 1 565 cals 29g protein 29g fat 49g carbs Step by step Fry off the chorizo and bacon together till crispy then set aside. Reduce heat on pan and add in halloumi for 2 minutes on each side then add honey and chilli jam. Smash up the avo, squeeze lime on top, crumble the chorizo/bacon on top then add halloumi.
