How to: 1. In a bowl combine yogurt, cooked sweet potato, flour, baking soda, salt and garlic. 2. Mix well until it forms dough, flour your hands and form into a perfectly round dough ball. 3. Flour your cutting board lightly, put dough on cutting board, cut into 8 equal pieces as shown in the video. 4. Roll each piece and flatten a bit with hands, they should be about 3-4 inches in diameter. 5. Heat a nonstick pan or cast iron pan to medium high heat and spray with olive oil.
