Save my hack when serving Shrimp and Crab! Freeze water in a baking sheet over night, place your chilled seafood on a separate baking sheet and then place on top of the frozen tray. The recipe for cocktail sauce is really easy. You only need 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1 tbsp of horseradish ( more if you like it spicier) and 1 tbsp Worcestershire. I doubled my portion ingredients because this was a big tray. #shrimpcocktail #seafoodplatter #seafood
