Lets make Fajita Tacos using a Schwank Grill. First slice onions and peppers then coat with oil. Place them down in the bottom tray to cook. Then add your season skirt or flank steak to the schwank grill to cook literally in 3-5 minutes depends upon thickness. After it reaches about 135-140 internal temperature let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into the steak.
