I don’t like meal prepping… but I like to prep certain things. I think it’s beneficial to prep sauces & marinades. To chop up veggies before hand. To marinate meats. Making granola, chia pudding etc. Prepping ingredients vs whole meals. I’m not a fan of leftovers or standing in the kitchen for hours prepping lol.
