YALL this was SO good and so easy to make im obsessed ππ full recipe is belowππ Buffalo Chickpea Salad Lettuce Wrapsπ₯¬ Ingredients (Makes 5 Servings): - 2x15oz cans unsalted chickpeas, drained and rinsed - 1 cup finely chopped celery - 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion - 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup creamy buffalo sauce - 1 head butter lettuce, washed and dried thoroughly - Optional: Everything but the Bagel seasoning Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, smash chickpeas until desired consistency is achieved. 2. Add celery, green onion, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Mix until well combined. 3. Divide the chickpea salad and an entire head of butter lettuce evenly between 5 containers. 4. Garnish with more green onion and Everything but the Bagel seasoning, if desired. 5.
