Chicken, bacon & stuffing pie recipe!! Serves 6 Chicken thighs - 600g Smoked bacon - 1 pack Stuffing - 1 pack Worcestershire sauce - 2tsp Thick chicken gravy - 500ml Cream of chicken - 1 can Plain flour - 500g Butter - 250g Water - 20ml Egg -1 Season to preference and fry off your chicken. When it’s nearly cooked add your bacon and fry until cooked. Now you can add the Worcestershire sauce, gravy & cream of chicken. Stir it all together then add the stuffing and stir it in. Leave to cool down whilst you make the pastry. To a dish add the flour, butter and pinch of salt. Make it into bread crumbs then slowly add a small amount of water and push the ingredients together to form a ball. knead the dough for a minute and roll out to the size of your baking dish making sure there’s enough to fill your dish and topping. Add your pastry to the baking dish, add your filling, top with pastry, crimp the edges together then egg wash the top. Bake in preheated oven at 170fan for 60 - 75 minutes.
