I usually get 7 days out of them before taking them off! I love that if one pops off, you can pop it back on, or if you want to take a little break you can and put them back on whenever you want! And they make you feel way more put together everyday! You also can choose whatever look you want! More natural, more bold, curly, etc! They have a ton of different types and styles A few tips: ✨Put the lash adhesive on your lash line + the base of the lashes! This will make them stick longer! ✨slightly overlap the lashes when putting them on for a seamless look! ✨start from the outside of your eye and move in! ✨make sure you’re putting the lash on your lash line, NOT your water line!! ✨i use coconut oil or the lashify bond release to get the glue off so my natural lashes don’t get ruined! 00:23Super simple 30 minute Mongolian beef bowls! So delicious and a high protein meal! I’m all about quick meals and this one didn’t disappoint! Save it and try it out this week for dinner! Recipe: -Cook rice in a rice cooker -Steam broccoli (my rice cooker has a steamer basket on the top so i just throw them in there while the rice cooks!) -In a pan, heat up 2 tsp of olive oil. -Add in 2-3 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp minced ginger -Cook until fragrant for about 1-2 mins. -Add in 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp brown sugar and let simmer -Once it simmers, pull it off and set aside -Add in thinly sliced beef (we use @butcher_box !) to pan and cook until almost done. -Put heat on low and Add the sauce back into the pan with the beef and add a 1/2 tsp corn starch so sauce thickens up and coats the beef. -Plate rice, broccoli and beef. 00:423 months postpartum update!! My priority right now is to eat enough calories to continue to breastfeed, so I’m not worried about being in a calorie deficit for fat loss. Instead, I’m using those extra calories in my workouts to lift heavier when i can and to gain some lean muscle back! Letting go of the idea that you need to look like what you did pre-pregnancy so early on in postpartum is one of the best things I’ve ever done! I am slowly building my strength back and am truly enjoying this phase and feeling like a “beginner” all over again! And it’s awesome to see how much stronger i feel week by week! Prioritizing 3 workouts per week and following my own Movement Through Postpartum program on my workout app Thrive By Katie 🙏🏼 This workout is an example straight off my program! WORKOUT: 5 times through Move from one exercise to the next limiting rest in between each exercise.
