GREAT BEAR is a fun layout, it starts with a nice scenic spin over THE HOLLOW inside Hersheypark. Then throws a bunch of Positive G’s at you, and ends with a high speed rail over the river and a snappy corkscrew with an awesome entry. FLY FIRST CLASS this season with new seats! @Hersheypark I don’t know if there’s another ride out there that gives such a different feeling from POV video vs. actual on-ride. Skyrush is intense, ‘scary, but in a good way.’ How they built a coaster 200’ tall in this small area is unreasonable, and maybe that’s why we have the ridiculous layout we do. The Fast and Furious Roller Coaster “Hollywood Drift” is coming to Universal Studios Hollywood next year!! The ride is an insane coaster model from Intamin AG, it is the first of its kind. Featuring controlled rotation, it can simulate a drifting effect or even have cars facing eachother. The ride goes 70mph or faster and uses the hill in between the upper and lower lot of the California theme park, next to the escalators and next to the road where the tram tour starts to go downhill.
