Replying to @who am I just giving the ppl what they want 😅 recipe is also below in this caption‼️ Ingredients (for 4 churros) -1/2 cup water -2 1/2 tbsp cold butter, cubed -3 tbsp granulated sugar, divided -large pinch salt -1/2 cup flour -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1 egg -cooking spray -1/2 tsp cinnamon Directions: -In a medium pot over medium heat, add in the water, butter, 1 tbsp sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low, and add in the flour. Use a spatula to stir in the flour in until it’s all incorporated. -Set the mixture into a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly (about 5 minutes). Add in the vanilla extract and egg, and use an electric mixer or stand mixer to mix. Stop once the dough is evenly incorporated. -Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray it with cooking spray. Place the dough into a piping bag with a large star tip. Squeeze out the churros, about 5 inches long each. Use scissors to cut the dough. Place the churros into the fridge for an hour. -Preheat air fryer to 350 and spray the basket with cooking spray. Spray the churros with cooking spray and place them onto the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. -On a plate, combine the remaining 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Stir to mix, then roll the cooked churros in the sugar mixture. 00:18The work was sooo worth it tbh 🥹 made french onion soup, a huge grazing board, japanese sweet potato fries, and seared scallops for Mother’s Day dinner! It took me all day but it was def a challenge I was happy to take 🫡 get the soup recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for 4-6 servings): -Around 30 peeled garlic cloves -1 cup extra virgin olive oil -kosher salt -fresh thyme sprigs -4 tbsp salted butter -3 yellow onions, peeled & sliced -1/2 cup dry white wine -1/4 cup cooking sherry -2 tbsp balsamic vinegar -1 tbsp Worcestershire -4 cups beef stock -black pepper -crushed red pepper flakes -baguette -8 ounces gruyere cheese Directions: -Preheat oven to 250°F. Place garlic cloves in a ramekin and pour in olive oil until they are fully submerged. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and add in thyme sprigs. Cover the ramekin with a lid or some foil. Bake for 2 hours. Set aside, and store cooled leftovers in refrigerator immediately. -In a large pan oven over medium heat, add in the butter to melt. Once melted, add in the sliced onions and a hefty pinch of salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are completely caramelized but not burnt (this could take up to 60 minutes). -Once the onions are caramelized, deglaze with the white wine. Add in the sherry, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil and then add in the beef stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then taste for seasoning. Add in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. -Set the oven to broil. Cut the baguette into small crostini, then spread around 6 of the garlic confit cloves on each crostini. -Fill soup crocks about 2/3 of the way with the French onion soup, then place in a garlic confit-covered crostini. Cut the Gruyère into thin strips, then cover the crostini with a layer of Gruyère. -Place the soup crocks uncovered into the oven on broil for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly charred in spots.
