00:25reminder: you can do it 🤍 the start of the year brings so many different emotions, you’re trying to start making better decisions for yourself, possibly healthier life choices, and now you’ve now hit the point where you have to decide to either stick with it or give up.. help on this below: my tips to stay motivated and consistent: -make the time and show up- there isn’t a world in which you will want to workout every single day, and always feel great every single day, but if you allocate the time and days you can realistically do it, and show up on every single one of those days i guarantee you will see a change in yourself and go back stronger the next week ✨ -help yourself- if you struggle to eat healthy and prioritise nourishing meals, think about how you can help yourself - do you need to meal prep your lunches for work? or pack some healthy snacks so you don’t feel obliged to buy unhealthy treats out and about? my go-to is planning my meals for the week on saturday and creating a shopping list in advance before hitting the grocery store ✨ -recognise the change- after your first day of working out and eating healthy, think, how do i feel.. keep a log or journal of this, you can write in it once a day or once a week, keep note and this will bring you motivation - you’ll notice how amazing you start to feel, mentally and physically 🤍 my life transformed when i started focusing on healthy eating and moving my body. now we’re at the start of the year i’m going through what you might also be going through - that moment where you’re struggling and need to push. i’m here with you for the ride, you’ve got his 🫶🏻 #motivation #health #wellness #healthylifestyle #consistency #goals
