EASY 20-minute Lemon Garlic Chicken ๐ฎโ๐จ (recipe ๐๐ฝ) IB: @TIFFY COOKS ๐ฅ My new digital cookbook will be out June 27th save the date ๐๐๐ฝ Macros (x2 servings): 609 calories |57g P | 16g C | 37g F 1.5 lb chicken thigh, bonelesss skinless 4 tbsp soy sauce black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 red onion 5 cloves garlic 1 lemon 1 Cilantro bunch, roughly chopped ๐ฟ Instructions: 1. Preheat your pan on high for 2-3 mins then add 1 tbsp avocado oil and sautรฉ the chicken for 6-7 minutes 2. Next add in the onion and garlic and sautรฉ together for another 2-3 minutes. 3. Finally, finish off with the lemon and lots of cilantro. Sautรฉ on high heat for 1 more minute. Then turn heat off and let rest for 3-4 minutes. 4.
