Easy Prawn Pasta 🦐🍝 episode 10 of “Easy Dinners You’ll Actually Make” and a perfect 15 minute meal for Valentines! Serves 2: ▪️200 grams spaghetti (I used gluten-free) ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️300 g cherry tomatoes ▪️2 garlic cloves, sliced ▪️1 tbsp miso paste ▪️1 pinch of chilli flakes ▪️1 tsp paprika ▪️5 tbsp tomato puree ▪️1 Juice of lemon ▪️240g raw prawns ▪️1 handful fresh basil leaves 1️⃣Boil the spaghetti 2️⃣Heat a frying pan with oil and add in the cherry tomatoes, fry until softening and then squash with a fork to let out the juices. 3️⃣Now add the garlic, miso, spices, tomato puree and lemon juice and stir. 4️⃣Add the prawns and fresh basil and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the prawns are cooked. 5️⃣Finally, add the drained spaghetti to the sauce and stir it through!
