00:11Are you training? Or are you just working out to sweat and cross it off your list? I started to see real results with my body composition when I stopped doing random workouts. When I stopped going to the gym to sweat as much as I could and doing 12-15+ reps with each exercise. So what is the difference between working out and training? Working out is randomized approach to fitness. You don't have a plan when you go to the gym other than to sweat and say you went. You don't keep track of anything and your progress is super slow, if any at all. You are going just to go. Training is a planned approached to help you reach realistic goals, short term and long term. Each day you go to the gym you have a plan. You are connecting your mind to muscle in each movement. You are tracking your progress week to week. You repeat the same exercises and get really good at them. You challenge yourself. If you you want real results you have to go in with a set plan. And to be even more specific, it should build off of your week prior!
